The 2-Layer High-Speed Bubble Film Machine is an integrated, continuous-production system combining extrusion, bubble forming, laminating and winding, with its core advantage being far higher line speeds than low/medium-speed models, plus stable processing and consistent product quality.

Its extrusion system is optimized for high throughput: multi-zone temperature control guarantees uniform melt flow at elevated speeds, eliminating plasticization unevenness or thickness fluctuations to sustain steady film properties during long runs.
