Technical Process & Operation

This machine utilizes AB Dual-Layer Co-Extrusion technology, powered by two independent extruders that process LLDPE, LDPE, and metallocene resins.

Precision Extrusion: Each layer is independently controlled by high-accuracy temperature modules (200–230°C), ensuring perfect resin plastication. Extruder A provides the cling (tack) properties, while Extruder B ensures mechanical strength and puncture resistance.

High-Efficiency Casting: The molten film is fused in a high-precision T-Die and instantly quenched by a large-diameter chill roll. This rapid cooling is the secret to achieving superior film transparency and a consistent gauge (thickness).

Semi-Automatic Winding Interface: While the extrusion, traction, and edge-trimming are fully synchronized and automated, the winding station is designed for manual-assisted roll change. The system features a user-friendly tension control interface and an ergonomic core-loading design, enabling a single operator to manage the winding process efficiently while maintaining a steady production rhythm.
