Multiple layers allow precise control of tear resistance, film memory, and holding force, making it suitable for bulky or irregular loads. In cold-chain logistics, multi-layer films maintain performance under low temperatures and high humidity, securing frozen or dairy pallets effectively.

Two-layer stretch film is optimized for high-speed hand wrapping and shorter-distance operations. It balances strength and efficiency for tasks such as shelf restocking, cross-docking, or in-store pallet handling.

Selecting the appropriate film for each application—three- or five-layer for long-haul transport and heavy pallets, and two-layer for short-distance or in-store handling—ensures stable loads, reduces film waste, and improves operational efficiency. Multi-layer films enhance load integrity, minimize product damage, and maintain consistent protection throughout the supply chain.
