High-Transparency Bubble Film Production Technology

High-transparency bubble film production technology is designed to improve film clarity, bubble uniformity, and mechanical strength for modern protective packaging applications. Traditional bubble film production lines often face problems such as haze, unstable bubble formation, uneven thickness, and low gloss, which affect both product appearance and protection performance.

Our advanced bubble film extrusion machine series includes 2 layer low-speed, 2 layer medium-speed, 2 layer high-speed, 3-5 layer low-speed, 3-5 layer medium-speed, 3-5 layer high-speed, and 7 layer high-speed models. These systems use precision co-extrusion technology and intelligent automation to produce high-clarity bubble film with stable quality and efficient production performance.

The extrusion system supports advanced mLLDPE and LLDPE resin processing with optimized melt flow control. Precision PID temperature control maintains stable thermal conditions throughout the extruder and die head, reducing thermal fluctuation and preventing haze formation. Stable melt pressure also improves bubble consistency and film transparency.

To further enhance optical clarity, the machines integrate dual-air-ring cooling systems and internal bubble stabilizers. Rapid and uniform cooling minimizes crystallization and improves film gloss while maintaining a smooth bubble surface and consistent thickness distribution.

Advanced barrier screw designs with high-efficiency mixing sections improve resin dispersion and material plasticization. This technology increases puncture resistance, improves film toughness, and supports stable processing of both virgin and recycled materials.

The integrated automation system includes:

  • automatic thickness control
  • real-time monitoring sensors
  • automatic die gap adjustment
  • PLC centralized control
  • intelligent tension control

These functions reduce material waste, improve production stability, and maintain uniform film quality across the entire production width.

High-speed models support continuous high-output operation for large-scale production, while low-speed and medium-speed systems provide flexible solutions for specialty packaging films, anti-static films, and customized bubble structures.

High-transparency bubble film produced by these systems is widely used for:

  • electronics packaging
  • medical device packaging
  • luxury product protection
  • industrial packaging
  • logistics and transportation protection

With advanced co-extrusion technology, precise temperature control, optimized cooling systems, and intelligent automation, modern bubble film extrusion machines provide excellent transparency, stable bubble structure, high puncture resistance, and efficient low-waste production for premium protective packaging applications.
